GIMP

GIMP, also known as the GNU Image Manipulation Program, is a cross platform, free and open source raster graphics editor. It is used for image manipulation, image editing, free-form drawing, transcoding different image file formats, and more. It's released under the GPLv3 license and is available on Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Actual Usage

It isn't the fastest, but anything that's on desktop GIMP is on here. Most plug-ins have been ported as well, so it's nearly identical to that of a normal installation from the official website!

Crashes

So far, there have been no crashes in the beta testing of the Windows on ARM32 port! It's not the fastest as said before, but it's definitely stable.

Size

Right now, the size of GIMP is huge, thanks to GTK+ 2's library being static. Is this fixable? Yes, but it requires time. It will happen eventually, but for the time being, GIMP is 1.2GB compressed (tar.gz), and 3GB uncompressed.

Note

Due to the current size, It is HEAVILY recommended to download and extract GIMP to a USB flash drive or similar on a desktop if you plan to use it.
