TigerVNC is a cross platform, free and open source VNC server and client software. It's used for connecting to and viewing VNC servers or hosting your own from your PC. It's licensed under the GPLv2 license and is available on Windows, macOS, and Linux.

It runs as expected, on the client side. As for the server side, it doesn't run awful. It's a bit slower than that of a regular VNC server, but not by a large amount.

There are no stability issues as of the latest release. It runs perfectly and no crashes have been experienced yet.

The latest release does NOT run on Windows RT 8.1 right now. I'll be looking into it as soon as I can.
